• Keep footwear dry and avoid prolonged exposure to water, heat and direct sunlight.
• Allow pairs to air naturally after wear; do not use direct heat to dry them.
• Store pairs in a cool, dry place using the provided box or dust bag where available.
• Use a soft, dry cloth to remove surface dust. Test any cleaning product on a hidden area first.
• Rotate footwear rather than wearing the same pair continuously.

Embellished and occasion footwear

• Handle stones, beads, sequins and embroidery gently and avoid snagging against rough surfaces.
• Do not stack heavy objects over embellished pairs.
• Wrap each shoe separately in soft tissue or cloth before storage.

Suede, fabric and delicate surfaces

• Use a suitable soft brush only after confirming compatibility with the material.
• Avoid rubbing wet stains, which may spread colour or alter texture.
• For deep stains or specialist materials, use a professional footwear cleaner.
